Everything that’s ever been was created twice.

It’s first created in the mind, then in the physical form. The same notion holds true whether you’re designing your perfect life or a new business.

While this seems simple in concept, it can sometimes get lost in the shuffle when you’re trying to build the plane while flying it.

Jennifer Hudye joined us to share how creating a vivid vision of her perfect future led to some marvelous coincidences and accomplishments.

As a copywriter and the founder of Conscious Copy & Co., Jennifer helps entrepreneurs get clear on their vision and help them craft copy that speaks directly to their perfect customer.

Jennifer shared some of her copywriting secrets and her journey into copywriting on the latest edition of The Art of Making Things Happen with Steve Sims

If you want to learn how to apply the same copywriting tactics that Jennifer uses with her six and seven-figure clients, keep reading.

A Perfect Vision of the Future

At the age of 22, Jennifer was more interested in building a vivid vision of her future than going out and partying.

So rather than clubbing, she stayed home and created a vision board.

Looking on Zillow, she found the perfect home only a short drive from her place in Tempe, Arizona.

The home was an elaborate mansion in Paradise Valley that stood atop Camelback Mountain.

Every day, she walked past her vision board and stared at this home and other aspirations on her vision board. Sixteen days later, serendipity would lead to synchronicity.

Out of the blue, a friend from out of town called and asked to be interviewed on Jennifer’s podcast. Her friend gave her an address to meet for the interview, and they set a time.

As she approached the house, she quickly realized the home was the same one on her vision board, and it belonged to Joe Polish

As fate would have it, Joe was running one of his Genius Network events in Tempe the following day, and the chance encounter led to a burgeoning career as a copywriter
